Professional Diagnosis
Start With the Symptom
Tell us what the pool is doing—or not doing—rather than trying to identify the failed part. Low flow, unusual noise, loss of heat, error messages and tripped circuits can have several causes, and the visible symptom may originate elsewhere in the system.
Repair visits carry a diagnostic service fee that is explained when the appointment is booked. After diagnosis, recommended work and pricing are presented separately for approval.
Repair or Replace?
Age, condition, parts availability, energy use and the cost of the proposed repair all matter. We explain the practical options so you can decide whether repairing the existing equipment or replacing it is the better investment.
