Sherman Oaks Pool Heater Repair Tips
Our industry has not been idle when it comes to redesign. From pumps to automation, inventive sanitization procedures, and heating systems, the movement is towards greater efficiency with lower environmental impact. The latest major change is the Southern CA Air Quality Management mandate that requires furnaces to reduce emmissions of nitrous oxide into the atmosphere. These newer systems have been replacing the older free-standing gas pilots that contantly emit a small flame of natural gas and tend to burn less-cleanly (more carbon off-gasing). In these older models, the burners typically had a lazy yellow flame compared to the now fan-forced turbo-like heaters that control the flame. The newer heaters, dubbed Low-Nox, are now the standard installation in Sherman Oaks. Pool heater repair on the older models are still an option though - as long as the cabin and burner shelf is relatively rust-free and the components still serviceable, and of course a cost-effective solution. Our technicians are professionals when it comes to diagnosis, and will provice a detailed explanation and options. Whether repair to an old or replacement with a new system, Spectrum is here for you.
